- [Instructor] So let's talk a little bit about being able to actually administrate our servers. Well, first thing I want you to keep in mind is when it comes to actual local hardware administration like you physically want to go to the server administrative. Well, it's not quite as basic as it may sound. And especially in your larger server room environments. Meaning your local desktop computer, no big deal, right? You just sit down and there you have your keyboard and your mouse and your monitor, you push a button that says, I want to manage this particular server. And then it connects the keyboard, the monitor and the mouse to that server. Now, beyond that, I will tell you there is another way to physically get in and manage a server. This is completely out of date. Okay, I want to be very clear about this. I can't remember the last time I saw this done, but just in case, 'cause there are some old systems out there…
