- [Instructor] While many servers, even in today's world, are still physically connected to our networks using actual network cabling, you may find yourself in a situation where it makes more sense to use wireless networking to connect your servers to your infrastructure. Now, there are a number of benefits that come with using wireless networking just in general for your networks, but I'd like to talk to you here about the benefits as it is specific to your servers. First of all, it's easier installation. If you find yourself in a situation where you are setting up servers in a location that has not been previously cabled, then it's much easier to set up a wireless network than it is to run cables to that location. Along those same lines, we have an extended reach. So you might be able to get network connectivity to a location that you otherwise would struggle to do so with physical cables.
