- [Narrator] If you've ever used the Remote Desktop Connection Client in Windows 10, or any earlier version of the OS, you know, it's built on the traditional windows interface model, like older applications, uses tabs and buttons, and sits inside its own window. Here is the traditional version of the remote desktop client. Microsoft has created another version, and this one is a modern app. The app can also connect to computers remotely, but it has a look that often makes it easier to use. You can get the app from the Windows Store, which you can open from the taskbar. I'll type store to show you, here's the Microsoft Store under best match, what's in the store? Search for remote desktop. And press Enter on the keyboard. You're looking for this one, Microsoft Remote Desktop, it's free. When you click it, you'll see the results.
