Let's now take a look at the advanced troubleshooting and learn how you can pinpoint which part of the Windows Autopilot process is failing. Log files can be used to identify the specific cause of Windows Autopilot problems. The information collected in the logs will depend on the version of Windows 10 being used. Problem for the profile settings, and OOBE are recorded in event log entries, which can be viewed using the event viewer. The logs are located in the Autopilot location as shown on screen. For example, a log entry might show Autopilot policy name not found. The registry will also record Windows Autopilot failures with the Autopilot deployment service sending information to the registry at the location on screen.
