- [Instructor] The biggest problem in troubleshooting would be what to do when a virus or other malware breaks out. I've sold a lot of different products over the years, and I believe there's many great products, but they all have their advantages and disadvantages. There's many free or very cheap products that are pretty good out there, but I don't believe they're as good as the paid options. And that's because the paid software has zero day exploit coverage. It just in case there's no antivirus signature that can protect your user against a new type of malware. Many products are marketed as antivirus instead of anti-malware. So what is the difference between these two products? Well, it's mostly in the marketing antivirus was the term that we all used in the 1990s when this was new.
