- [Instructor] Let's consider how cloud-based user accounts can help your users access cloud resources. Such as Office 365, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive for Business. By using cloud-based identities which are all stored within your Azure active directory tenent users can seamlessly and securely access all of the tools and services that they need to be productive. Let's review the different types of user accounts available with Windows 10. These include, local user accounts, roaming accounts, and cloud-based accounts. Local user accounts are typically used within a home rather than a business environment. A local user is created to allow the user to log on to a single PC and a home user will normally be an administrator of that device. A local user profile is created the first time that the user logs on to that device and it's relevant to that user and that PC only, and all information on that user profile is stored within local folders on the PC.
