Configuring device compliance policies

- [Instructor] In order to use device compliance policies, these are the following prerequisites. You need to have one of the following subscriptions, a Microsoft Intune subscription. If you use conditional access policies, then you will also need an Azure Active Directory Premium license. You need to also be using a supported platform. Currently, that is Android, Android enterprise, iOS, Mac OS, Windows 8.1, Windows 10, or Windows Phone 8.1. The devices also need to have been enrolled into Microsoft Intune. This is also required to see the compliance status of the devices. And then lastly, enroll the devices to one user or you enroll the devices without a primary user. Devices that are enrolled to multiple users are not supported for a device compliance policy. To create a new device compliance policy, we navigate to the Microsoft Intune portal.
