- [Instructor] This video is all about connecting devices to your computer, like a keyboard or a mouse, with a specific focus on wireless Bluetooth devices. If you are connecting an external mouse or keyboard, or even a hard drive, printer, or other accessory, you are usually dealing with a cable that plugs into your computer. Most of these wired devices just connect to your computer with a USB cable. This is a USB-A cable, which was the standard for years. Now a newer cable called USB-C is becoming more popular. Basically, check which port your computer has and make sure you choose accessories with the right connection. Plug it in, and it should work without any additional setup, except for some printers, which may require some extra software to be installed.
