- [Narrator] There are so many cloud options to choose from, how do you know which one is right for you? If you have Windows 10, OneDrive might be the best choice. OneDrive is a Microsoft product so it integrates seamlessly with Windows 10. OneDrive lets you sync desired data to the cloud which means that you can access the data from anywhere. And OneDrive is already available in File Explorer. Here's File Explore on my laptop. You can see there's a link to my personal OneDrive account. There's also a link to the OneDrive account my college has reserved for me. This makes it easy to store all of my data into cloud securely and easily without ever having to think about it. Let me show you an example. I'll open a new Word document, and I'll write just Test here, and I'll do File, Save As. Here, I can opt to save to my personal OneDrive account, just like I'd save to any local folder. If you look at File Explorer and don't see a OneDrive link, you're likely logged down with a local…
