- [Instructor] To start setting up your own file organization in File Explorer, we need to be able to create folders and rename files and folders. I want to start in my Documents folder, where I have a sub folder called Photos. I'm going to open that. And inside of that folder I have more folders containing pictures from places I've traveled. And I'd like to get this more organized. So to start, I want to make a new folder in this Photos folder. So I need to make sure I'm in the Photos folder. And I can confirm that by looking at the path bar. I know exactly which folder I'm in. Then I'm going to go to the Home ribbon up at the top and I'll choose New Folder. And that gives me this new folder here. Now, when you make a new folder, the name of it will be highlighted in blue. At that point you can type in a different name. So I'm going to type in the name I want to give it, then hit the Return key, and that name is all…
