- [Instructor] Our final phase of the Windows Autopilot deployment process is seen from the viewpoint of the end user when they receive their new device. Let's take a look at what happens after new devices are sent to end users. The new device is shipped direct to the user. They can turn it on, and then select their region, and keyboard layout, and optionally, add a second keyboard layout. The device will then automatically connect to the internet and try to locate the Windows Autopilot deployment service. We can tell if this is successful because the device will pick up the corporate branding. I'll now log on using my Copper Azure AD credentials. The credentials are checked and the device is joined to Azure AD. We now see the enrollment status page, which means that Azure AD has passed the control to the mobile device management.
