- [Instructor] Let's take a quick look at the options available for Azure Storage. I've opened the Azure.Microsoft.com website to see the Azure pricing details. Let's take a look at the storage pricing. I'll scroll down, and I can see the various storage options available. These include Block Blobs for general storage, Azure Data Lake Storage, Managed Disks, and Files. I'll click the Block Blobs and click See Pricing. I'll scroll down, and we can use the calculator to work out the price that we would pay for the storage we need. On the left hand side I'll select one of the storage choices. The default redundancy is the local redundancy. I'll drop down, and I can select the zone redundancy, or the Geo-Redundant Storage, or GRS. Notice that the price below reflects the different types of redundancy you want. I could also select the different data center where I want the storage to be located. With GRS your data is replicated to a second data center in a different geographic region. Let's now take a look at some of the vendor storage solutions that you can use with Azure, which you can use to manage your cloud data. I've opened a webpage azuremarketplace.microsoft.com, and I'll scroll down and view the storage options. I'll select storage. And we can see the different types of storage that is offered. These include the backup and recovery, data migration, and enterprise hybrid storage. I'll select the Commvault backup and recovery service. Here we can see an overview of the service. I can click the plans and pricing. And we can see how much this would cost our business to use the Commvault service. We could also see the reviews of the service within the Azure Marketplace.
