- [Instructor] Let's take a look at how to get help for your Microsoft 365 Business subscription. I've signed in to Office.com with an administrator account, and I'll click the Admin tile. Contained within the admin center, you can select the Support menu item on the left-hand side. You can then select a new service request and then enter the details that you need. The wizard will try to help you, initially, by setting up a diagnostic. And then click Run tests. The test did not find any problems in this scenario. However, there's also solutions that are offered, which direct you to web pages, which can help with the problem. If help is not forthcoming using the automated system, you can also request a telephone callback from Microsoft Support directly from this portal. I'll click the New service request by phone. I'll enter my contact details, my email address, and I can optionally attach any documents. And then click Call me, and I'll expect a call from a help support professional…
