- [Narrator] Let's drop on to our demo environment and take a look at how to perform some user management. First, we'll add a new user. From the home page, under user management, I'll click add user. I'll then complete the details and then confirm the location which Susan will be primarily working from. I'll select the United Kingdom. I can option include, contact information. For password, I'll allow the system to auto generate a secure password and make the user changed this password when they first sign in. Next, under roles, I can allocate the user administrative access. I could allocate the global administrator role and it is useful to have more than one user to have the global administrator role within your organization in case something happens to your primary local administrator.
