- [Narrator] Let's drop onto our demo PC and take a look at the Windows Defender Security Center. I've opened the settings up, and I click the update and security item, and then on the left-hand side click Windows security. Here we can see links to the various protection areas included in Windows Security. I'll open the Windows Defender Security Center, and here we can see your security summary at a glance. On the left-hand side, we can see options. Let's take a look at each of these now. The virus and threat protection allows us to see what anti-virus software is installed and how we can manage the anti-virus settings. We can run a quick scan which will only take a few minutes. We can take a look at the virus and threat protection settings which confirms that our system is using real-time protection. We can see the device is benefiting from cloud-delivered protection which takes a global approach to anti-malware. Any viruses that are found in our system that are new will be sent to…
