Disable notifications with Focus Assist

- [Instructor] There are some situations where notifications popping up on your screen can be distracting or disruptive. That's what Focus assist is for. You can think of Focus assist as a do not disturb mode with more options. I want to go to the Action Center so I'll click on the icon in the bottom right corner. And if you only see four buttons down at the bottom, you can click expand, to show all of the options, and then you can click collapse and toggle that will open or close. But I want to have all of these options visible so we can find Focus assist. This button has three positions. Right now it's off, if I click on it once, it switches to priority only mode, click again, and it switches to alarms only. Both of these options disable notifications, but work a little differently.
