Enhance the connection with Mobility Center

- [Narrator] When you're using remote desktop on a laptop, you can improve your experience using the Mobility Center. It's built into Windows. You can open it from the task bar, like so. Here is Windows Mobility Center. Most of the features are self explanatory. You can move the sliders to change the brightness and the volume easily, and you can also mute the sounds. You can also choose from all of the available power plans from the dropdown list. I leave mine set at high performance, but balanced is the default. If you're on battery power, though, it might be best to use the power saver plan. This plan will attempt to lower the CPU speed, lower the brightness levels, and keep unnecessary services to a minimum. This will help your computer run longer between charges. I'll go back to high performance. You can connect an external display too. You can see here that the option isn't to connect though, it's to disconnect. I almost always have a second monitor enabled.
