- [Instructor] As part of your Microsoft 365 Business subscription, you can receive technical help 24 hours a day, seven days a week from Microsoft. This is available both on a telephone, or via online support. Telephone support is available in office hours in all regions of the globe. And 24-hour support in English is available seven days a week. You can also contact Microsoft via online support using the Microsoft 365 Business admin center. A service request is curated by an administrator using the support area of the admin center. You can also review current, and historic support tickets in this area. Microsoft will advise you of a solution, or connect you to one of their experts to help resolve the issue. Microsoft communicates changes to the Microsoft 365 Business solution including feature updates, and any service interruptions on a regular basis.
