- [Instructor] Each of the many features and applications will need to be managed. For example, you'll need to set up and support tasks, admin settings, and manage your users. Let's take a look at the tools that are available to help you manage a Microsoft 365 Business subscription. You and your end users will manage their own Office 365 environment from the Office 365 User Portal. This dashboard allows users to access online apps, such as Outlook, OneDrive for Business, and SharePoint Online. You can also install Office 365 applications onto your PC, mobile device, or map from the Install Office link shown on the page. Administrators can also access the admin interface by clicking the Admin tile. If you don't see the Admin tile, you'll need to sign in using an administrative account. The Admin Portal is only available for admins, such as the global admin or password administrator.
