- When monitoring devices within Microsoft Intune, there are three core areas. We can firstly monitor App information and assignments, also App protection policies, and then also Device compliance policies. Intune provides several ways to monitor the properties of Apps that you manage, and to manage App assignment status. We first need to sign in to Microsoft Intune, and then in the pane we select Apps, in the Manage section, we can then view all of the list of Applications that we have within Microsoft Intune. You'll then see the App pane, which includes an overview of the device status and the user status. The Essential section contains the following information about the App, publisher, operating system, created, and also who it's assigned to. In the Device and user graph section, the graph shows the number of Apps for the following statuses, installed, not installed, failed, install pending, as well as not applicable.…
