- [Instructor] Now one of the most common things that needs to be done in any mobile device solution is protecting the email. And this is one of the first things that need to be defined. In order to do this there are three key steps. The first one is to create the app protection policy. So an in tune app protection policy for Outlook app to put the protections in place specifically targeted to the app itself not to the device. We set that policy to require a PIN to open the app in a work context and then limit the data sharing between apps and prevent company data from being saved outside of that application into any of the personal locations. We'll then define a conditional access policy. The first policy will require that Modern Authentication clients use the approved Outlook app, as well as, multi-factor authentication.
