Remote admin troubleshooting

- If you're an IT administrator who now has more remote users than office users, you're well aware that a lot of problems we never thought of are now everyday occurrences. And this change is likely to be with us permanently. So how do we fix these new problems? This course dives into fixing issues of wireless, VPN, file sharing and more, and shows you the ways to fix the most common new issues remote users can face from their home or hotel offices. In this course on common work-from-home troubleshooting for IT admins, I use hands-on demonstrations that show you included tools from Microsoft and third-party products to remotely access computers on Windows and Macintosh. We also review video conferencing solutions and how to fix the most common Teams in Zoom issues. Printing is the number one problem for remote users, and this is covered as well from the remote laptop to the server that is running their print share including group policies using active directory. My name is Robert McMillen. I'm a Microsoft certified trainer and solutions expert. I invite you to join me to learn all of these remote troubleshooting skills in my course, "Troubleshooting for IT Admins."
