- [Instructor] With any IT system, you'll need to monitor the status of the system to ensure that it's performing correctly. One of your monitoring tasks can include a check on the Microsoft services used by your users. Any problems could have a huge impact on your users or planned activities. To help keep you informed of planned downtime or service degradation, Microsoft posts service notices when they encounter an issue, which you can view in the Service Health area of the Microsoft 365 Admin Center. In the Admin Center, use the left hand menu and select Health and then Service Health. The landing page provides a summary of the current health status of all services. For example, on the screen we can see that there are advisories for Exchange Online. Microsoft provide color coded information within the Service Health Console. A red exclamation mark in a triangle indicates a critical service issue with notable impacts.…
