Set up a backup
- [Instructor] It is possible that one day your computer will be broken or lost. If that happens, you can lose all of the files that you have stored on your computer's drive. To protect against that, you should set up a backup, which is an extra copy of your files stored in some other location. Now first, let's identify what you need to back up. For that, I'm going to go into File Explorer, and I want to go to my home folder. We've seen this before on this course. You can go to This PC, to the C drive, then to the Users folder, and find the folder with your name on it, or an abbreviation of your name. This is your home folder. And if you have multiple user accounts set up on your computer, you will have a home folder for each of those accounts.
