- [Instructor] I'm going to review some of the common troubleshooting techniques that we can use for Remote Desktop. We not only have administrators remoting into users and servers, computers using Remote Desktop. But we also have the users themselves that are remoting into servers, such as a Remote Desktop server in application mode. Or into their own computer in the office from their home office. So let's take a look at what can go wrong, and how to fix it. If I go to my search box, I'll type in Remote Desktop. and we'll take a look at some of these settings. I'll click on Show Options. And the first thing I want to look at is that display tab. If the user logs in and they don't get the full screen, this is why. You want to make sure that the slider bar is all the way off to the right. Otherwise they'll get a windowed experience and you'll have to move the mouse around just to get where you want to be.
