- [Instructor] There's lots of different issues that can come up with a user's wifi signal. However, most of these problems can be fixed fairly quickly if you know where to look. In this graphic, we see lots of different things such as the signal strength, the SSI D cannot be found, the WAP is overloaded. So let's take a look in our wireless access point how we can overcome many of these problems. Let's start with the signal strength in our Android phone. Here, we see a lot of different access points yet we can see as we go down the list the signal strength is getting less and less. So typically what it'll do is it'll put the best signal strength at the top. Now it doesn't mean that the best signal strength is the one that you want to connect to. So if you're not seeing good signal strength then go over to your wireless access point and start out by making sure that your antennas are up and down not side to side, because…
