- [Instructor] The final area of Windows 10 security protection is threat protection. Windows 10 includes many features to secure data against attacks and data breaches such as malware and hackers stealing your data. Windows containers allow you to create portable self-contained environments for apps and processes to run which are then completely isolated from each other. For example, an application running within a container has no knowledge of anything else outside of its own container. Everything that the app needs to run is also located in the same container. There are two types of containers that Windows 10 supports. These are Windows Server containers and Hyper-V isolation. We will see that containers can provide a huge boost to securing Windows 10. Windows 10 has many security features. Many of the client features are available on all version of Windows 10.
