- [Narrator] Let's take a deeper look at the various Windows 10 servicing channels available. These are used to provide businesses with choices when it comes to how they deploy Windows 10 updates. Businesses can choose from three servicing channel options. These are Windows Insider Program, the Semi-Annual Channel, and the Long-Term Servicing Channel. The Windows Insider Program has been created for IT professionals and developers who want to test the software and provide feedback to Microsoft on pre-release builds of Windows 10. The cycle of builds can be fast such as weekly and includes features that are in development and that are likely to change. Businesses should have at least a few devices on this program. This servicing channel option is associated with a Windows Insider Program which can be found at the insider.windows.com link on screen.
