- [Narrator] The application for sending and receiving email messages that comes with Windows, is simply called Mail. And I'm starting this movie assuming that you have your email accounts already linked to your computer, which is something that we covered in another movie. First, I want you to see as you resize this window, the interface will change. If the window is really small, you get some very compact controls. If you make a bigger, you can find this controls a little bit easier. Or you just might want to maximize this, so that you can see everything. Now from here, you probably want to read your messages. I'll start on the sidebar on the left, and you can see that I have two email accounts set up on my computer. I want to make sure I select my Outlook account.
