- [Instructor] One thing that's really hard to estimate is how well a platform does a particular thing. Every platform will say they can handle 10,000 or more products and that's probably true. But can they all handle it well? This is how BigCommerce makes you add categories. Most platforms make you add a category then click a button to save it which takes you back to the category page where you have to click add a new category to keep going. In BigCommerce they'll let you save and add another right from the same page. Similarly in BigCommerce you can see all of the order details on the order page and you can fulfill orders right from this page. We can zoom in, look at all the information, pack everything up, ship the items and mark them as fulfilled all on this order page without having to load anything new. If you're only getting five orders a day this probably doesn't matter, but when you start getting 500 orders a day that little usability problem makes an impact. You'd have to…
