- [Instructor] We now have all of our document content in place. All of our text, our elements, like a table of contents and tables of tables, headers, footers, page numbers, illustrations. Now it's time to set our document theme. A document theme includes a color palette, fonts, and a set of effects. You'll find those themes on the Design tab. Your organization may have created custom themes that match your brand, and, if so, this is a good time to choose that theme. If not, you can choose a different theme. Each of them gives you an idea of what the colors look like. This is the color palette and the fonts that have been selected. They'll be two different fonts. One will be used for headings and the other will be used for body text. One way to do this is to scroll to a section of the document that has some different options. Some illustrations, some headers, some body text, and some headings, and then simply point to a choice, and say, is that what we'd like our document to look…
