- [Instructor] If you're collaborating on a document, you may want to send the document to several people, have them make their revisions and send the document back to you. You can then compare your revisions to your original. I'm going to show you how to create a copy of a document so that you can send it to your reviewers. I then have a document that's already been reviewed that we'll compare with my original document and then we'll save our new document with all the revisions. I have the 02_03 Combine_Original document open. If I were going to save this for other reviewers, I would go to File and Save As, go back to my Chapter Two folder, and instead of calling it Original, I would put the reviewer's name at the end. I'll go ahead and put my name there. So this is the document that I would send to another reviewer. have them make the revisions and then send it back to me.
