- [Instructor] As you probably already know, here in Microsoft Word, you have the ability to customize the quick access toolbar that appears up here across the top of your window. You can customize your ribbon to contain commands that you use most often, rearrange things. Wouldn't it be nice if you could take those customizations and transfer them to the other computers and devices you're working with, using Microsoft Word? That's what we're going to explore in this week's Word tip. Let's start here in Microsoft Word, you can have anything open, or a blank document like me, and we'll go up here to the quick access toolbar and click the little arrow to the right. This allows us to customize by picking and choosing what we wanna see on the quick access toolbar, for example, I like to have a new button for creating new files, so I'm gonna click new, it now appears up here on the quick access toolbar. I'm gonna click it again and choose open, and if I wanna rearrange those, I can go back…
