- [Man] Go to any office supply store and you will see lots and lots of label choices. You can buy labels, not just for envelopes but for DVDs, for key tags, for canning jars, and any of those can be used with mail merge. In a new document, go to mailings, start mail merge, choose labels, choose the type of printer you have. There are some continuously label printers, if not, then what you have is a page printer, the printer you had before, an inkjet printer, a laser printer, click once in the product number and then type the number of your label all at one time.
