- Here in Microsoft Word, there are hundreds and hundreds of commands, many of those with keyboard shortcuts, there's far too many to remember so in this week's Word tip, I'm going to show you a little trick that allows you to create Word documents listing every word command, every keyboard shortcut, a document you can save, even print out if you want to keep it handy. It doesn't matter what you're looking at on your screen. The first step is to ensure you see the developer tab up here above the ribbon. If you don't see it, click file, then select options down the left hand side, next choose customize ribbon and over here in the main tabs, look for the check box next to developer, we need to ensure there's a checkmark there, click if you need to and click okay. Now with the developer tab handy, we can go up to it, click there and in the code group here on the left hand side click macros.
