- [Narrator] Numbered lists. I love the way they look when they're properly formatted, but sometimes I hate having to struggle with that layout. On the Word 2016 MOS exam you may be asked to create a numbered list or create a bulleted list. I'm going to show you how to properly do that and then once the lists have been applied, I'm going to show you how you can easily work with them without getting frustrated. I have the 04_03 exercise file open so let's go ahead and create some lists. I'm going to start here on page one which has a blank space for me to demonstrate a couple of things to you. The first would be I want to show you how easy it is to create a numbered list just by typing in a 1 and a period. Tabbing over, and typing in Word 2016, look, my list is already being created for me.
