- [Instructor] The Quick Access Toolbar is a toolbar in Word, Excel, any of your Office programs that has commands on it that usually aren't found on your Ribbon. After watching this video, you'll know how to customize the Quick Access Toolbar by adding and removing commands. I'll also show you how you can relocate the Quick Access Toolbar from the top of your screen to down below the Ribbon. And, we'll learn how to hide and unhide Ribbon tabs. Here's our customized document. Let's first take a look at our Quick Access Toolbar. Now by default, we'll have Save, Undo Move, and if I had made any changes in this document, I would have Redo Move. Let me go ahead and make a change here. I'll delete the word "original" and we'll take out this last paragraph. Okay, now that I've made some changes, notice that I can repeat the clearing that I did or I can come to the dropdown menu under Redo and look at all the steps I've done.…
