- [Instructor] If you've been spending long hours working on a Word document, and you find that the screen is starting to irritate your eyes, maybe it's a little bit too bright, perhaps you're working in the evening, and you'd like to tone down the brightness a little bit. Well, Microsoft Office does offer a number of different themes, and there's one called the black theme that will really cut down on the brightness, while continuing to give you some contrast. We're going to explore it in this week's work tip. And you can be working with any document, I have TechConnect081 open from the exercise files. When we go up to File and click that tab, then click Account down near the bottom, you're going to notice that there are office backgrounds and themes to choose from. Now the default theme is colorful, and that's why, here in Microsoft Word, we see this blue bar down the left-hand side.
