Format text in multiple columns
- [Instructor] There will be times when you want to format your paragraph into columns. Why? Well, because it makes the information easier to read and it can make your document look much more professional. On the Word 2016 MOS exam, you may be asked to format a paragraph of text into two or three columns. You may also be asked to change the setting so that there's a specific amount of spacing between the columns and you may be asked to insert a vertical line between the columns just to break it up a little bit more. In this video, we're going to look at all three of these settings to make sure you're comfortable with them before you sit for the exam.
