- [Instructor] I'd like to be able to view a few of the email messages that I created as a result of my Mail Merge operation, but right now I'm online in Outlook, and therefore, when I start this Mail Merge from Word, each of the messages that is created will go to my Outbox, but they will be there for a fraction of a second because Microsoft Exchange will scoop them up and send them and then place a copy of them in my Sent Items folder. I want to delay them in my Outbox so that I can look at a couple of the messages before I then release them, and they all go out. How do I do that? I go to Send and Receive and I choose to work offline. While I'm working offline, if I send a message, the message will actually stay in my Outbox until I go back online again by turning off Work Offline. If I look at my status bar, it says that I'm currently working offline, therefore, when I'm using Microsoft Outlook to create a message, that…
