- [Instructor] Did you know that you can quickly create a dynamic table of contents, simply by applying heading styles throughout your document? Yeah, that's right, it's that easy. Just by applying the heading 1, heading 2, heading 3 styles to the text you want to include in the table of contents, you can create a beautiful, dynamic table of contents. In this video, we're going to talk about how text styles are key to getting your table of contents to be created correctly. During the Word 2016 MOS exam, you'll most likely encounter a question about creating a table of contents with a specific style. So we'll be sure and look at the different styles available to you. You also may be asked to make a change within the document, changing one of the headings, and then updating the table of contents so the new heading text is included in the table of contents.
