- [Instructor] There may be times when you want to share - [Instructor] There may be times when you want to share your Word documents with people who are using earlier versions of Word or earlier versions of Word or they don't have Word on their computer. they don't have Word on their computer. I'll go to my File tab, click on Save As, browse back to the Chapter 2 folder on the desktop, browse back to the Chapter 2 folder on the desktop, and all I need to do is change the Save As type to to a Word template. a Word template.
