- [Instructor] My document's done, and now I want to distribute it. Perhaps we'll be printing a copy of this and putting one on every employee's desk, or handing them out during orientation. And if that's the case, I'll simply choose File Print and print my document in any of the different ways I might choose to do that. However, increasingly I'm sharing my documents electronically. This document is more likely to live in a share point site or in some other shared location where our users can go view it. So I might choose simply to export this as a .pdf. And if I do, the default is to optimize the document for standard publishing. So it could be printed or viewed online. But if I know it's largely going to be viewed online, I'm going to simply click Minimum Size. Don't click Publish yet though. There are a couple of other cool choices in here. One of them, and it's not on by default but you can turn it on, is to create bookmarks using the headings in your document. This is just like…
