- [Instructor] Let's take a look at how we can share our documents electronically. We'll first take a look at how to use OneDrive to share a document and allow people to either edit the document or just view it. When we use OneDrive, we email a link to people who need access. We'll also look at how to attach a document to an email. I have our Share document open and it's currently saved on my desktop in my chapter two folder. I wouldn't be able to share this with anyone unless I emailed it to them. So let's save it on our OneDrive account. I'll go to File, Save As. We're using Michael Landon's OneDrive account for this demonstration. I'll go ahead and go into the documents folder and we're going to save this as Landon Hotel History Draft 1. Click Save and that document has now been saved to Mr. Landon's OneDrive account. Let's go to File and Share. We can share the document with other people.
