- [Instructor] In this week's Word Tip, we're going to explore a tool that will come in handy when you need a quick translation from one language to another. You can translate an entire document here in Microsoft Word or just a selection from within the document. We're going to explore it as we work with this file. If you have the Exercise Files, open up About LM bilingual 052. You can see it's information about Leaf & Mortar in English, and then down below we have the heading for Spanish but we have nothing below. So in this case, we don't want to change the entire document to a different language. We want to take a selection and place it in a different language down below. In other words, we need a copy of this paragraph about Leaf & Mortar, so let's select it. We'll copy it, Control + C here, keyboard shortcut. Click below Spanish and paste it, Control + V, the keyboard shortcut. Now we have two copies, both in English, and this is what we want to replace with the Spanish version…
