- [Instructor] Here's our scenario. We have an expanded version of the request data source that's called Request By OrgType and here we've captured the role each of these context has in terms of booking events. So, in the Org Type column, we have four different possibilities, but the only one we really care about is Agent. There are agents and then there's everyone else so a little bit like the Matrix. If someone is an agent, then we want to offer them a Longer timeline and a bigger discount. Everyone else, whether they're NFP, Corps, government, doesn't matter, they're getting a slightly shorter timeline and they're also getting a lesser discount. So in this Use case, we're not asking the person who's running the mail merge to fill this information in. We're actually capturing this information out of our data set. Let's see how this is done.
