- [Instructor] This is another version of our employee handbook. This one is called Look Up, and you'll find it in chapter five in the exercise files. I want to show you something that's a relatively new feature in Word, and that is the ability to do a smart lookup. If I look up an individual word, for example, if I look up weather, and I'd like to see synonyms for weather, I get lots of choices. I get the thesaurus, but it's really only looking at the word weather. If I select two words and I right-click, I can look for synonyms. But notice as soon as I select more than one word, there aren't any, because the source, or synonyms, is on a case by case basis. And if I go to the Review tab, I actually don't have tools here that will help me either. So what if I want to look up something like severe weather?
