- [Instructor] In this week's Word Tip, we're going to explore how you can use highlighting to quickly move from parts of your document to another when you might be say reviewing a document, studying for example. It involves using highlighting and advanced search functionality. Now you can work with any document you like or if you have the exercise files and want to follow along with me step by step, open up DB assignment 054. We're going to start by marking up this document. Let's say we're studying for a test. That would be one scenario. Could be reviewing a document for somebody. We're going to highlight the areas we want to remember. So we go into the document and to highlight, we can go up here to the ribbon in Font group, click the dropdown and choose a color. I'm going to go with yellow. With that selected now, all we have to do is click and drag over the content we want to markup. So I'm going to just click and drag over some content here like this short sentence, and release.…
