Using templates and style sets

- [Instructor] Did you know that every document you create in Word is created from a template? Even if it's just a new blank document you're using the normal dot template. In this video we're going to work with a brand new document to set up all of the document pages with line spacing, paragraph formatting, and different style sets. We'll also take a look at an existing document to see how quickly we can change the document formatting. Let's just right into our document set-up document and take a look at the current formatting. I'll just click in one of the paragraphs and we see that the current font is Century Schoolbook and if we look at the styles, we see that the normal, style has been applied. By going to the Design tab and using the Document Formatting options, we can quickly apply another style to this document. For instance, we'll click on the Basic Stylish new document formatting style, and you can see how our document has quickly changed the heading styles, and the spacing…
