- [Instructor] If you have a document you'd like to share with others, but it contains content that perhaps they shouldn't see, you might be thinking, "I'll delete the content, "save the file under a different name or location, "share that version with them, have my own version." Things can get confusing. There's a better option. It's called hidden text, and that's what we're going to explore in this week's Word Tip. We're going to do it with this file, LeafandMortar Receipt 049 if you have the exercise files. If you don't, not to worry, just open up any old document and you can follow along with your own content. Here in this case we have a sales receipt that we want to share. Perhaps electronically, perhaps by printing, but before we do, there's content here that we don't want people seeing. The credit card number for example. So we can go in and hide this. We don't delete it. We actually just hide it from view, temporarily, 'til we're ready to display it again. So we go into the…
